Toastique, located at 604 North Ave. in New Rochelle, will hold a grand opening event on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The eatery, a chain with locations across the country, is known for its "gourmet toast." If you're wondering what that means, some options include the "Avocado Smash," topped with avocado, watermelon radish, marinated tomatoes, and chili oil; the "3-Cheese Italian," topped with prosciutto, melted swiss and fontina with roasted garlic onion jam; and the "Tomato Burrata," topped with ricotta, pesto, tomatoes, burrata, basil, balsamic glaze, and more.
The eatery will also serve cold-pressed juices, coffee, and smoothies to go along with the toast options.
Toastique also serves a selection of smoothie bowls, such as the "PB + B" bowl, which includes acai, bananas, blueberry, peanut butter, and almond milk and is topped with peanuts, granola, chopped dates, and honey-roasted peanut butter drizzle.
When it opens, the New Rochelle locale will be Toastique's first in Westchester.
During its grand opening celebrations, the first 100 customers in line will be gifted $50 in reward dollars as long as they spend at least $10. This can then be used for future visits in customers' Toastique loyalty accounts.
